CROSSINGKEY INTELLIGENCE

Security & Responsible AI

Security & responsible operation

CrossingKey products are built to support human-directed work. They are not designed to take control away from the person or organization using them.

The basic rule is simple: understand what a system will do before you run it, keep access limited, check important results, and make sure you can recover if something goes wrong.

Before you use a product

Take a few minutes to review the files, instructions, prompts, scripts, automations, and configuration notes included with the product.

Do not run code, connect accounts, grant permissions, or enable automation you do not understand. If something is unclear, stop and review the documentation before continuing.

Protect sensitive information

Keep private information private.

  • Do not share API keys, passwords, recovery codes, seed phrases, or account credentials.
  • Do not place customer data, private records, or sensitive business information into a tool unless you understand where that data goes and who can access it.
  • Give software and automations only the access they actually need.
  • Remove access you no longer need.

CrossingKey support will never ask you to send passwords, payment-card details, active API keys, seed phrases, or private credentials.

Test before using in production

When a product involves scripts, code, AI, APIs, or automation:

  • Test it in a safe environment first whenever possible.
  • Back up important files and data before making changes.
  • Keep a way to undo, restore, or roll back a change.
  • Start with limited access and limited scope.
  • Review the result before allowing an automated process to affect customers, money, public content, or important records.

AI has limits

AI can be useful, fast, and wrong at the same time.

AI-generated text, code, analysis, or decisions can be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, insecure, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation. Treat AI output as material to review—not as automatic truth.

A qualified human should review work before using it for decisions involving:

  • Money, contracts, taxes, or legal matters
  • Security, privacy, access, or confidential information
  • Medical, safety, employment, or personnel decisions
  • Customer communications, public publishing, or production deployment
  • Any action that is difficult to reverse

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for using products lawfully and appropriately in your own environment. That includes following applicable laws, platform rules, licenses, company policies, and any requirements of the tools or services you connect.

CrossingKey products provide systems, structures, and implementation resources. They do not guarantee security, legal compliance, approval, revenue, or a particular outcome.

Report a security or integrity concern

If you find a reproducible security issue, a file-integrity problem, or a serious documentation error, report it privately to crossingkey.holdings@gmail.com.

Please include the product name, version, what happened, and the steps needed to reproduce the issue. Do not include active secrets, passwords, customer data, or unnecessary personal information.
