Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently asked questions
Ordering, delivery, and access
How are products delivered?
Eligible digital products are delivered through Shopify Digital Downloads after successful payment. The product page identifies the included files, format, version, and any special delivery conditions before purchase.
When will I receive my files?
Delivery instructions and download access are generally provided after payment is successfully processed. If access does not arrive, check the checkout email address and spam or promotions folders before contacting support.
Where can I find my download link?
Use the original Shopify order email and its included download link. Keep that email for your records. If the link is unavailable or a verified delivery error occurred, contact support with your order number and checkout email.
What file formats are used?
Formats are listed on each product page. Depending on the product, files may include ZIP, PDF, Markdown, CSV, spreadsheet, image, code, or configuration formats. You are responsible for having compatible software and a device capable of opening the listed files.
Can I access products from another device?
Usually, yes—provided you use the original order access and have compatible software. Some products may include local installation or environment requirements; review the product page and included documentation first.
What if a file is missing, corrupt, or will not open?
Contact support with your order number, checkout email, product name, and a concise description or error message. CrossingKey will review verified delivery and file-integrity issues.
What is included
Do I receive source files?
Only files specifically listed on the product page are included. Editable formats, source code, design files, templates, documentation, and implementation assets are included only when the listing says they are.
Does every product include setup or installation?
No. Many products are self-directed digital resources. A product includes setup, installation, configuration, implementation, or consultation only when those services are explicitly named in the listing.
Do products include future features or assets?
No. A purchase includes the version and deliverables stated on the product page at the time of purchase, plus any updates expressly promised there.
Do products work with every tool, platform, or device?
No. Compatibility depends on the product, your environment, and any stated prerequisites. Review the product page, documentation, supported environments, and known limitations before purchase.
Are third-party subscriptions, APIs, hosting, or software included?
No, unless the product page explicitly says otherwise. Buyers remain responsible for any optional or required third-party services, accounts, hardware, hosting, software licenses, API usage, or subscription costs.
Licensing and use
Can I resell, redistribute, share, or upload the files elsewhere?
No, unless a separate resale, redistribution, team, or commercial license explicitly grants that right. Standard purchases permit use by the buyer within the stated license; they do not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Can I use a product for client work?
Only if the applicable product license permits client or commercial use. Review the product page and included license before using any asset in client work, a service offering, a public release, or a commercial product.
Can I share a purchase with my team?
Only when the product page or license explicitly permits team use. If you need additional seats, organizational use, or a broader license, contact CrossingKey before sharing the files.
Can I modify the files?
You may modify files only to the extent allowed by the included license. Modification does not transfer ownership, remove attribution or license obligations, or create redistribution rights.
Do I own the work after purchase?
You receive the license rights stated with the product. CrossingKey retains ownership of its underlying systems, methods, code, documentation, branding, and intellectual property unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Results, safety, and operating limits
Are results guaranteed?
No. CrossingKey products provide tools, structures, implementation resources, and operating guidance. Outcomes depend on the buyer’s decisions, inputs, environment, execution, third-party services, and legal or technical context.
Do products guarantee revenue, compliance, security, approval, or business outcomes?
No. Nothing sold by CrossingKey guarantees revenue, legal compliance, security, eligibility, approval, uptime, business performance, or a particular result.
Can I rely on a product as legal, financial, tax, medical, or security advice?
No. CrossingKey products are operational and educational resources. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, regulatory, or professional security advice. Consult a qualified professional when your situation requires one.
Are products safe to use in every environment?
No. Buyers are responsible for reviewing requirements, protecting credentials, testing in an appropriate environment, maintaining backups, and applying their own judgment before using any technical asset in production.
Why do some products include known limitations or unsupported environments?
Because honest operating limits are part of a serious product. If a tool has prerequisites, edge cases, unsupported environments, or remaining operator responsibility, those boundaries should be visible—not hidden.
Updates, support, and refunds
How do updates work?
Version and update terms are stated on each product page. A purchase does not include lifetime updates, support, upgrades, or future versions unless that promise is expressly written into the listing.
What support is included?
Support covers verified access problems, missing or corrupted files, documented product-use questions, and confirmed delivery errors. It does not include custom implementation, device repair, third-party costs, unlimited consulting, or work outside the listing’s stated scope.
Can I request a custom version, installation, or implementation?
Yes. Custom work, enterprise implementation, systems audits, and paid scope reviews are available only through a separately defined engagement. Email CrossingKey with the project, the current obstacle, and the outcome you need.
What is the refund policy?
Refund eligibility is governed by the posted Refund Policy, the product listing, and applicable law. Because digital files can be accessed immediately and cannot be returned, refund requests are reviewed within those stated terms.
What should I never send to support?
Never send passwords, payment-card data, API keys, seed phrases, recovery codes, private credentials, or sensitive customer information. CrossingKey support will not request them.
Catalog and services
Are empty divisions unfinished?
No. The 15 divisions are the permanent catalog architecture. A division may exist before a public product is released into it; CrossingKey does not pad categories with placeholder offers.
Why are some products more detailed or rigid than others?
Different products serve different operating contexts, but every release is expected to state its scope, deliverables, licensing boundaries, limitations, and verification path. Precision is part of the product standard.
Does CrossingKey offer services as well as digital products?
Yes. Available services may include AI and automation design, custom systems, technical documentation, workflow architecture, dashboards, implementation planning, digital-product packaging, governance design, paid scope reviews, and private builds.
How do I ask about a product or project?
Email crossingkey.intelligence@gmail.com with a concise description of what you need, where the work is currently stuck, and what a useful outcome would look like. If CrossingKey can help, the scope, deliverables, boundaries, and price will be defined before work begins.
