No ownership rights are transferred through any purchase.

All software, source code, documentation, graphics, branding, product names, logos, text, designs, workflows, engineering methods, user interfaces, and related materials are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our products except where expressly authorized.

• Remove copyright notices or proprietary notices.

• Claim our work as your own.

• Use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

4. Restrictions

Unless expressly permitted in writing, you may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble software except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

• Share license keys or purchased downloads.

• Circumvent licensing, security, or access controls.

• Use our Services for unlawful purposes.

• Attempt to interfere with our infrastructure or security.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining backups of your own data.

• Verifying compatibility before purchase.

• Using the software responsibly.

• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Payments

All prices are listed in the applicable currency at checkout.

Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Your purchase is also governed by our Refund and Return Policy.

7. Software Updates

CrossingKey Intelligence may release updates, patches, bug fixes, or improvements at its discretion.

Unless specifically stated, purchasing a product does not guarantee lifetime updates or future versions.

8. Third-Party Services

Some products may integrate with or reference third-party software or services.

CrossingKey Intelligence is not responsible for the availability, functionality, policies, or actions of any third-party products or services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

We do not guarantee that the Services will meet every user's requirements or operate without interruption or error.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CrossingKey Intelligence, its owner, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other economic losses arising from or relating to the use or inability to use the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the applicable product or service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CrossingKey Intelligence and its owner from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

12. Termination

CrossingKey Intelligence reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any Service, license, or account if these Terms are violated or if continued access would pose legal, security, or operational risks.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any legal action relating to these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in South Carolina, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CrossingKey Intelligence regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements relating to the same subject matter.

16. Changes to These Terms

CrossingKey Intelligence may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective upon publication with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
