What happens after you purchase

CrossingKey digital products are delivered electronically through Shopify after successful payment. No physical shipment is included unless the individual product page explicitly says otherwise.

The product page is the source of truth for what you are buying: included files, format, version, delivery terms, compatibility requirements, license scope, and any stated update policy.

If it is not listed, do not assume it is included.

What you receive

You receive the specific digital product and version described on the listing at the time of purchase.

A purchase does not automatically include:

• Future versions or lifetime updates

• Source files, editable files, custom setup, or consulting

• Third-party software, subscriptions, hosting, APIs, or hardware

• Compatibility with every device, platform, or operating environment

• Rights to resell, redistribute, share, or publish the files

Those items are included only when the product page clearly says they are.

Your access responsibilities

To protect your purchase and keep delivery clean:

• Use an accurate email address at checkout.

• Save the Shopify order email and download link.

• Download and securely back up purchased files promptly.

• Keep download links and purchased files private.

• Confirm that your device can open the listed formats before purchase.

• Review the product requirements, documentation, supported environments, and known limitations where provided.

If there is a delivery problem

If a download link is missing, inaccessible, corrupted, or delivers the wrong file, email crossingkey.intelligence@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• The email used at checkout

• The product name

• A concise description of the issue

• Any visible error message or screenshot

If a delivery error is verified, CrossingKey will correct it. That means restoring access, replacing the affected file, or resolving the documented delivery issue—not making you chase a maze of fine print.

Updates, replacements, and access limits

File replacements, version updates, access periods, and download limits follow the terms stated on the individual product page and within Shopify’s delivery system.

If a file is replaced, that does not create an automatic promise of lifetime updates, unlimited replacements, or access to future releases. Those rights exist only when they are explicitly stated in the listing.

Straight terms

CrossingKey does not use hidden deliverables, vague fulfillment promises, or surprise dependency claims.

You should be able to see what the product is, what files it includes, what it requires, what it does not include, and how it is delivered before you buy. If something is unclear, ask before purchasing.

For your security, never send payment-card information, passwords, API keys, seed phrases, recovery codes, or account credentials in a support request.
