Refund and Return Policy

Effective Date: July 6, 2026

At CrossingKey Intelligence, all products are sold as digital goods and are delivered electronically. Because digital products cannot be physically returned and cannot be revoked once delivered, all sales are generally final.

Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, software, downloadable content, documentation, templates, and other electronically delivered materials, CrossingKey Intelligence does not accept returns. Once a product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, activated, or otherwise made available, it cannot be returned.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, CrossingKey Intelligence does not offer refunds for digital products after delivery.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have reviewed the product description before purchasing.

• You understand that you are purchasing a digital product or software delivered electronically.

• You understand that digital products cannot be returned after delivery, download, or access.

• You accept that your purchase is generally non-refundable once the product has been delivered.

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• A duplicate payment was processed for the same product.

• A billing or payment processing error occurred.

• CrossingKey Intelligence is unable to deliver the purchased product.

• A refund is otherwise required under applicable law.

Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

Compatibility

Compatibility with third-party hardware, operating systems, software, hosting providers, internet connectivity, or user-specific environments is the responsibility of the purchaser unless expressly stated otherwise in the product documentation.

Technical Support

If you experience installation, licensing, download, or technical issues, please contact CrossingKey Intelligence before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Reasonable technical support will be provided to help resolve legitimate product issues.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes initiated without first contacting CrossingKey Intelligence, or attempts to retain access to digital products while reversing payment may result, where permitted by law, in suspension or termination of access, license revocation, and the pursuit of any other remedies available under applicable law.
