Shipping Policy

At CrossingKey Intelligence, all products are delivered digitally. We do not sell or ship physical products unless expressly stated on a product page.

Digital Delivery

After your payment has been successfully processed, your purchased product will be delivered electronically. Depending on the product, delivery may include:

• An immediate download link on the order confirmation page.
• A download link sent to the email address provided during checkout.
• Access to a secure customer portal or account.
• License keys, activation instructions, or other digital credentials when applicable.

Delivery times may vary depending on payment verification, order processing, and the specific product purchased. Most digital products are available immediately or within a short period after payment is confirmed.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment authorization. In some cases, additional verification may be required to prevent fraud or unauthorized transactions. If additional verification is necessary, delivery may be delayed until verification is complete.

If you do not receive your digital product within a reasonable time after your purchase:

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure you receive access to your purchased product.

Physical Shipping

CrossingKey Intelligence does not currently ship physical products. If physical products become available in the future, this Shipping Policy will be updated to include shipping methods, processing times, shipping costs, and delivery estimates.
